8am – 10am – Registration

9am–11am – Practice
11:00am – Start list posted
11am–12noon – Course closed
12noon – Race start

2013 Gravity East Race #1, Duryea Downhill is a USA Cycling Gravity Nationals qualifier for Cat 1
It is also Race #1 of the USAC Pennsylvania State Championships open to PA resident with USAC annual licenses. For license information go to:

Please remember if you are racing at any 2013 Gravity East race this season with a USA Cycling 2013 annual license, you must present your current license OR an authorization to ride at registration check-in.  Download the USA Cycling app for iPhone or Android and have it with you at all times!  Go to for the app!

About the Series

Nine Years of East Coast DH Racing.

The Gravity East Series is the East Coast’s preeminent downhill race series. Founded in 2006, the series is in its ninth season.  Since that time, it has grown to become one of the largest and longest running gravity series on the East Coast offering riders an affordable, professionally run series with ever changing diverse competition, courses and venues. The series continues to serve as the training ground for athletes, such as Neko Mullaly (Gstaad-Scott Racing) and Richie Rude (Yeti), who move on to have successful careers on the global stage of professional mountain bike racing.
